At AMUSE GLOBAL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your AMUSE GLOBAL account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
